Attitude Online guarantee’s speed at 80% of maximum speed from Customer’s install location to ILEC Central Office .Standard Installation includes connection to telephone company main point of building entry, up to 50’ of cabling to computer and installation of DSL modem/router. Additional wire and computer installation can be done at additional cost.

** Cancellation charges may apply if service is cancelled within the “Initial Term”. After initial term expires,  service will automatically renew on a month to month basis at the current month to month pricing in effect at the time of renewal. Taxes and other charges may apply.

***Equipment remains property of Attitude Online. Subscriber is responsible for the return of the equipment upon service disconnect to Attitude Online to avoid equipment charges

IDSL Service Advantages

  • Higher download and upload speeds than dialup service

  • IDSL is a low speed DSL Service that can be installed at locations that are too far from the Telco Central Office to receive standard ADSL LS or SDSL service, by using repeaters.

  • More reliable than ADSL LS service since IDSL utilizes a dedicated circuit with no dial tone, thereby removing the need for DSL filters avoiding analog telephone equipment interference.

  • Equipment (CPE) provided is a Business Class Router with NAT and DHCP capability.

  • Equipment (CPE) is owned and maintained by Attitude Online. In case of CPE failure, a replacement is provided at no cost. (except damage due to Customer abuse/neglect)
